Good but have a little difficulty understanding the crochet on the sprues.
The crochet hook has too small a hook. The crochet description on the rug seems to be only for those who have never held a crochet hook - but says nothing about suggested number of stitches for casting on to the recommended measurements and nothing about the type of stitch. It would have been good if it had been stated that it was fixed stitches (and not, for example, half poles)
The yarn is super fine, nice color. Fast delivery. However, I still have not received an answer from customer service how I get the pattern for what I ordered. It is very unclear on the page whether the pattern is included or not. There is clear potential for improvement in clarity and response times at customer service.
Simple and quick crochet bag. Will probably be a favorite for spring :) I chose to make a little narrower and slightly longer handles than the original.
Good that there are instructions both in paper and video format. I found the video instructions easier to follow.
Soft and cuddly yarn that was easy to crochet with, nice mottled color! Great to crochet in for children, softer than wool yarn and does not sting.
