Crochet or knit cozy clothes and accessories with MYO's new Basic Wool yarn, which works great for mittens, hats, sweaters and crocheted blankets!
Basic Wool 100g is a thick wool blend yarn containing 75% wool and 25% polyamide. The yarn is soft and easy to handle, and can also be machine washed (delicate wash 30c).
This yarn has a lot of possibilities and does not scratch the skin. The skeins are large, which means they last a long time, and you don't have to splice as often as with 50 gram rolls. A perfect beginner yarn!
Weight: 100g, equivalent to about 130m of yarn
Recommended size of crochet hook and needles: 5-6mm
The yarn is made in Finland.
Note! During the summer of 2024, the factory will switch to a new consistency 80% wool / 20% polyester, which is why we will sell both consistencies for a period. The difference is not big but it is good to order all the yarn you need for your project in the same order so that we, as best we can, can ensure that they are from the same batch.

Soft and nice structure, becomes so nice and reasonably thick hats in different patterns :) the waste yarn was used for crocheted Scrunchies.

The terry yarn in shade Almond, crochet hook 10 and poles, it became a large round carpet for my bathroom.
The color was nice, but I thought the instructions were far too brief for a total beginner.
