Versatile yarn that can be used for both macramé and crochet.

EKO Braided rope 4mm is suitable for various types of macramé work and crocheting, such as placemats. It is slightly looser in structure than Braided rope 3mm, which makes the yarn soft to crochet with, but a bit more elastic than our other braided yarns. If you want to make plant hangers, we recommend EKO Braided rope 5mm or 3mm instead.

Made from 80% recycled cotton sourced from clothing factories in, among others, Italy. The color of the yarn comes from the raw material, which means that the color shades may vary between batches. The yarn has an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, which guarantees that the yarn does not contain substances that are harmful to humans, animals, or the environment. 

Note that this yarn cannot be "frayed". If you want a yarn that separates, take a look at our EKO Macramé Single Twisted yarns in the thicknesses 4 mm and 2.5 mm. 

Please also note that due to the yarn being made from recycled material, the color shades may vary slightly between different batches. If you need more skeins for your project, we recommend ordering them at the same time.
