NEWS: A lovely jute yarn that is perfect for crocheting accessories and home items.

The base material for Garnet comes from Bangladesh and is washed and possibly dyed in Finland. All detergents and dyes used in the treatment are OEKO-TEX certified, and the process has been made as environmentally friendly as possible. 

"This jute yarn (available in two different thicknesses) is soft and pleasant to crochet with and has an incredibly nice sheen. The natural material jute is 100% biodegradable and is extracted from corchorus plants, which grow in most tropical countries. With jute, you can crochet, for example, bags, accessories, rugs, and use exactly the same instructions that we already have on the website!"

"The size of the roll can vary by about 10% (normal size 500g, corresponds to about 220 meters of yarn). The color shades can also vary slightly between different batches - therefore we recommend that you order everything you need for your project in the same order." 

Recommended hook size: 6mm 

Note that jute is a natural material that may shed a bit more than our cotton yarn.
