NEW! A lovely jute yarn that is great for crocheting accessories and homewares

The basic material of the yarn comes from Bangdalesh and is washed and possibly dyed in Finland. All detergents and dyes used in the treatment are OEKO-TEX certified and the process has been made as environmentally friendly as possible. 

These jute yarns (available in two different thicknesses) are comfortable to crochet with and have an incredibly pleasant sheen. The natural material jute is 100% biological material and is extracted from corchorus plants, which grow in most tropical countries. You can crochet bags, accessories, rugs, etc. from jute using exactly the same instructions we already have on our website!

The size of the roll can vary about 10% (normal size 500g, equivalent to about 700 meters of yarn). 

Recommended size of crochet hook: 4-5 mm

Note. Please note that jute is a natural material that may shed a little more than our cotton yarns.
