Delivery
All items are packed and shipped from our warehouse the day after ordering. Normal delivery time in Sweden is 1-3 business days, outside Sweden 4-5 business days.
Returns
For unopened items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us beforehand if you want to return a product at hello@makeyourown.se.

We work with sustainability by prioritizing recycled materials and materials with long durability. Our goal is to create products that last over time – both in quality and use.
Sustainable materials for creative moments
All yarns and accessories sold at MYO are carefully selected to give you the best possible experience and to minimize environmental impact. With us, you will find recycled yarns as well as leftover materials from textile factories, which are perfect for, for example, crocheting home items and accessories.

What are your store opening hours?
We have a physical store at Hornsgatan 73 in Stockholm that is open every week from Wednesday to Sunday:
Wednesday–Friday 12:00–18:00
Saturday–Sunday 12:00–16:00

All our DIY kits include written instructions as well as a video tutorial on YouTube, but we also have an instruction page where you can find more products to create:
I am a beginner, which product should I choose?
All our DIY kits are specially designed for beginners, so choose a product that you like and find useful. The simplest crocheted product we have is the "pot holder," and for macramé, the "macramé plant hanger."
What is your delivery time?
We ship all orders the next business day with Postnord, DB Schenker, and DHL. Deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 business days from when they are shipped from us.
