Want to learn how to knit? Learn how to knit a big and cuddly scarf in our Chunky wool yarn! As with all our DIY kits, this instruction is beginner-friendly and also includes a video instruction where our creator Rebecca shows you step-by-step how to knit your own scarf.
The kit includes five balls (500g) of Chunky wool yarn (100% wool), a circular knitting needle, written instructions and a nice cotton bag to store your work in. For the scarf in the picture we have used the color "Warm grey". The scarf matches perfectly the knitted hat that we have in our other DIY kit.

Lightweight knitting yarn that makes knitting grow quickly

Love the yarn and the color I chose. The scarf turned out nice and I added some fringes. Won't give it 5 because of the edges that curl but I still like it. It was fun and easy!

Now I can not only crochet anymore, but now I have also learned to knit. It was so much fun and educational. I'm so happy with my new scarf, which is perfect for winter.
If you want to learn how to knit, this DIY kit is perfect for beginners!
In the kit you get everything you need - a pair of nice circular knitting needles in bamboo, super soft and lovely yarn (in 100% wool) and a cloth bag to store your knitting project in as well as accompanying instructions for you to succeed with your project. The instructions are very clear with the help of pictures and text and accompanying video for all steps.
You will learn to knit in stockinette stitch (knit stitches on one side, purl stitches on the other), which is a good foundation if you want to knit more in the future.
I gave my scarf a little personal touch by adding fringes. I thought it turned out very nice!

Very pleased to have learned to knit a wonderfully soft and comfortable scarf for the first time! You can choose how you want to follow an instruction, via video or from a leaflet that comes with it. No difficulties at all to understand or keep up with both parts as a beginner. A big plus is the comfortable circular knitting needles in bamboo that make it easy to knit and keep track of the knitting during the time. A nice cloth bag is also included which is a perfect storage bag to put the work in when you need to take a break or take the knitting with you. The yarn that comes with it is incredibly soft and not the least bit prickly. This really gave me a taste for more, so incredibly fun!

Great kit with everything you need to make a scarf. The yarn is great to knit with and so good knitting needles you got. Extra fun with the storage bag you got with. I am very happy with my scarf that will be used extensively this winter. So fun that this DIY kit has made me dare to knit more!
