Yoga & Creativity at MYO Living room

Welcome to a calm and creative morning in the yarn shop MYO Living room. We begin with 60 minutes of gentle yoga, where you can settle into your body, breathe deeply, and let go of the everyday pace. The class suits all levels and focuses on presence, mobility, and recovery.

After the yoga, the time continues in the same relaxed spirit with a shared breakfast, surrounded by yarn, colors, and inspiration. A perfect chance to socialize, create, knit, or simply enjoy the quiet in a creative setting.

Bring a yoga mat and curiosity – we will take care of the rest. The price includes a breakfast bowl from Mahalo (as a participant you get to choose which one; we will email all participants a few days before the event). ✨

 
During the event, you also have, as a participant, 10% discount on all products in MYO’s shop.
 
We would be glad if as many as possible can bring their own yoga mat, but if you do not have one, we will provide it. 
 
Price: 600 SEK for MYO members, 700 SEK for non-members. Membership can be purchased here. The price includes a breakfast bowl from MAHALO; we will send you an email a few days before the event to ask about your choice of meal.

What are your store opening hours?

We have a physical store at Hornsgatan 73 in Stockholm that is open every week from Wednesday to Sunday: Wednesday-Friday 12:00-18:00 Saturday-Sunday 12:00-16:00

I am a beginner, which product should I choose?

All our DIY kits are specially designed for beginners, so choose a product that you like and find useful. The simplest crocheted product we have is the "pot holder", and for macramé, the "macramé plant hanger".

What is your delivery time?

We ship all orders the next business day with Postnord, DB Schenker, and DHL. Usually, deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days from when they are sent from us.

All our DIY kits include written instructions as well as a video tutorial on YouTube, but we also have an instruction page where you can find more products to create:
